ACF-10Q Graphite

ACF-10Q graphite is our 5 micron, high-hardness material minimizes fretting wear and maximizes time between overhauls. It is ideally suited for industrial applications that expose the material to mechanical wear. 

  • Average particle size of less than 5 microns provides high strength and resistance to damage
  • Optimal balance of machinability for fine details and high hardness resists damage during production runs
  • High resistance to wear minimizes replacement needs and reduces cost of ownership
  • Ability to be post processed to enhance a multitude of material properties to fit your applications
