Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources

Susan Rice

Sue has led the enterprise-wide human resources strategy for Entegris since 2017. In this role, she is responsible for talent acquisition and retention as well as creating a culture of learning, diversity, and inclusion. In addition, her focus includes performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.

Sue previously served as chief human resources officer (CHRO) for Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she was a member of the senior executive team and responsible for the development and implementation of the global HR strategy to accelerate the company’s performance. She joined Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2006 and previously held human resources leadership roles in the life sciences, financial services, and HR outsourcing sectors.

Sue holds a master’s degree in public health from Yale University and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Bates College.
